Get documents notarized by secure video from your phone or computer, wherever you are. It’s fast, legal, and you don’t have to drive anywhere.
Call 772-207-1534Book OnlineFlorida allows remote online notarization, so you can sign and notarize many documents over a recorded video session. It’s ideal when you’re traveling, out of state, homebound, short on time, or working with a lender or attorney who needs the document today.
During the session your identity is verified through knowledge-based questions and ID scanning, you sign electronically, and I apply my electronic notary seal. The session is securely recorded as required by Florida law, and you get your notarized document digitally, ready to email or print.

Frequently asked questions
Is remote online notarization legal?
Yes. Florida authorizes remote online notarization by registered online notaries, and the sessions are recorded and stored as the law requires.
Will the receiving party accept it?
Most do, but some agencies, courts and foreign governments have their own rules. Check with whoever is receiving the document if you aren’t sure.
What do I need?
A device with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, a valid government photo ID, and your unsigned PDF.
Can witnesses join online?
Yes. Witnesses can appear on the video when a document requires them, and I can provide witnesses when you book ahead.
Do I have to be in Florida?
No. Signers can be located elsewhere for most documents. Ask me about your specific case.
